Ingredients

300g Haddock Fillets

400g Salmon Cutlets
-
150g Smoked Prawns
-
400g Fish Pie Sauce
-
2 hard boiled eggs (optional)

Mashed potatoes
Directions
Just cut the fish into 2cm chunks and put into ovenproof dish.
Drain the smoked prawns and spread over the top.
Cook 2 hard boiled eggs, chop and scatter over the top. (optional)
Finally pour over the sauce, mix together, top with mashed potatoes and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes until tender.
