Originally founded  in 1974 by husband and wife team, Robert and Rosie Campbell-Preston.  They started to smoke fish in their back garden by the banks of the River Awe.
The business is now under the custodianship of their son Patrick.
It is the grand old age of 50+ and is a proven luxury brand with a loyal following.
