This goes brilliantly with all cold meats
Ingredients

Half a Paw-Paw

1 Mango
-
2 Kiwi Fruit

Finely chopped red onion

Finely chopped red and green chilli

Olive Oil

Grated rind and juie of 1 lime

Roughly chopped fresh corriander
Directions
Half the paw-paw, scoop out the black seeds and peel, dice and put in bowl
Slice a ripe mango down each side of the flat stone, peel and dice the flesh adding it to the papaya.
Peel and dice 2 ripe kiwis and add to the fruit mix
Add the finely chopped red onion and a little chopped fresh red and green chilli.
Toss the salsa with 2-3 tablespoon olive oil and the grated rind and juice of 1 lime
Season with salt and pepper.
Add some chopped fresh coriander if you like
Serve a generous spoonful of salsa with a selection of Inverawe smoked meats as a starter.
