The great Scottish stalwart. Spicy, full of deep meaty flavour the Haggis is an ancient favorite. So you have your haggis but what do you do with it?.....The mystery is revealed here.

1 Inverawe Haggis
Directions
Wrap in tin-foil and place in a pot of simmering water for 45 minutes (make sure haggis is completely covered and the skin is intact).
You can roast the haggis in the oven on a medium heat for one hour. Prick the skin 3-4 times if you are going to cook it this way.
Recipe Note
Serve with neeps and tatties commonly known as Clapshot. This is equal weight of cooked potatoes and turnips mashed together with lots of butter, seasoning and a finely chopped spring onion folded through.
