A very special treat of delicate smoked salmon mousse with Trout Caviar gently folded in. This makes for a delicious and dramatic pate or place into your favourite mould and garnish.


The bursting bubbles of bright orange caviar add a sea-salty flavour to the creaminess of the mousse. A really exciting and exquisite starter.
