NB Fresh Fish is despatched Wednesday and delivered Thur/Fri. We are so lucky to be on the coast and have an abundant supply of fresh fish. Fresh salmon is such a wonderful weekly meal. Bake, roast, panfry or poached it is so delicious and healthy. An easy way to boost your Omega 3 levels.
The easiest and 'best value' way to eat fish. Cook either whole or cut into portion sized cutlets - about 5 - 6 per side. Just wrap the side in tin foil, with a touch of butter, lemon, herbs and seasoning. Bake in hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes till cooked. For the cutlets just make a little parcel and cook of 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with our Hollandaise Sauce.
