Product Details

Gravadlax is a deliciously different way to experience salmon. A traditional Scandinavian delicacy, we prepare our own at Inverawe in the heart of Argyll.

Cured in a brine of dill, salt, pepper and a little sugar, this delightful way of preserving salmon makes for a light and gently dill infused flavour perfect served with some brown - or rye - bread and our marvellous Inverawe recipe Dill Sauce.
