Very simple cooking often produces the best results and these chops are fast and delicious supper... Simply preheat your oven to 180?C, lightly oil the chops and season on both sides, pair the rind of a lemon, lay the lemon in 2 piles with 2 sage leaves in each pile, place the chops over the lemon and sage and roast for 10 - 15 minutes. Excellent with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
