Made with delicately fragrant and flavourful wild garlic leaves carefully balanced with honey and mustard.  This punchy little sauce is superb with our roast smoked salmon and trout.  Try mixing into mayo or simply use as a dipping sauce.  It's also great with pork or chicken.
